A very well equipped apartment with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There were good instructions for operation of the fob and the security system; more explicit guide for the operation of kitchen equipment which differs from that of other regions/ countries (e.g. dishwasher) would be helpful.Communication with the host was very good. More timely feedback post-departure from the host and communication on refund of the deposit would be appreciated.

Elevator did not work. Totally inconvenienced. Waiting for resolution in the form of total refund. Very very upset.
